One balance for all purchases
There is no need to add money to VISA separately. Payments come from the shared ruble balance. If a purchase is in another currency, the exchange takes place at payment time.

Before adding your VISA to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, change your phone region to Singapore. This is necessary for adding the card, not for issuing it.
